Enhancements:

  • Added a full gear description and classification details, making the gear easier to find and understand in Flywheel
  • Enabled job details in the Flywheel UI
  • Added a check that the bundle attached to each subject matches the job output

Maintenance:

  • Upgraded the gear to Python 3.12 and updated its dependencies
  • Rebuilt the gear image to be smaller and more secure; it now runs as a non-root user
  • Updated the build and test pipeline for Python 3.12
  • Reformatted the source code; the gear produces the same bundles as before

  • Updated the contributor setup guide to use uv instead of poetry
